It’s Pretty Simple – What I create I hope that others will experience as beautiful and possibly moving. Maybe one of my works evokes a nostalgic feeling or takes you to a place of delight or joy or into some strong feeling from a time past. Possibly the colour & light & grace of line simply give you pleasure. I look at a white napkin in it’s silver ring, a cut artichoke with it’s many layers of leaves or a radish with it’s lush foliage & find them all beautiful. The drape of leaves or fabric, the colour of a glistening fruit and the way the light reflects. Art is so very personal for the viewer & the creator. Hopefully your pleasure coincides with my creations.
